Instruction Manual for the Operation of Homestay Services is designed to be a training material for homestay operators by the High Impact Tourism Training for Formal Sector (HITT) Programme in Vietnam, funded by the EU under the support of ESRT.
This manual introduces an overview of main topics in HITT’s training courses for homestay operators, including basic hospitality skills (customer service, housekeeping, catering), basic entrepreneurial skills (marketing, accounting).
This material can be of interest of homestay operators, operators-to-be, professionals working in CBT.
