07h30: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi and depart for Phu Mau Village. Enjoy a scenic drive through the countryside, passing rice fields, villages, and forested landscapes.
11h45: Arrive in Phu Mau Village, home to around 200 households of the Thai ethnic minority. Have lunch at the homestay, followed by time to rest and settle in.
In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely walk around the village to observe daily life and learn about local livelihoods based on farming and forest plantations.
15h00: Visit Tat Nang Waterfall, a year-round waterfall flowing through an untouched forest. The guide will introduce local legends and stories associated with the site, while guests enjoy the fresh air and tranquil surroundings.
17h00: Continue to Bo Am Natural Hot Spring, where mineral-rich waters flow directly from the mountains into naturally formed pools. Soaking in the warm water offers relaxation and rejuvenation after a day of travel.
19h00: Dinner at the homestay.
20h00: Join a hands-on cooking activity to learn how to make bánh ốc (shell-shaped rice cake), a traditional local specialty.
21h30: Overnight at the homestay.

08h00: Full-day farming experience with local Thai families. Depending on the season and agricultural calendar, guests may take part in soil preparation, planting maize or vegetables, maintaining hillside fields, harvesting seasonal crops, or tending family gardens. Working side by side with villagers, visitors learn about traditional farming methods suited to mountainous terrain, sustainable land use, and the close relationship between agriculture and community life.
Beyond physical activities, this day offers meaningful cultural exchange through simple conversations, shared laughter, and everyday moments in the fields. Lunch is enjoyed together at the host family’s home, featuring home-cooked dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients.

20h00: Cultural Night Show. Enjoy traditional Thai performances such as Xoe dance and bamboo pole dancing. Guests are warmly invited to join the dances, interact with villagers, and share local rice wine in a friendly atmosphere.

08h00: Guided trek (approximately 6 km) along a forest trail to Buot Village, home to Thai and Muong ethnic communities. Along the way, enjoy diverse landscapes including rice fields, hillside maize plots, bamboo groves, arrowroot farms, and ancient forests. Visit a locally protected fish stream known as the “Divine Fish Stream,” where colorful fish live in crystal-clear water.
Return to the homestay by motorbike taxi.
11h00: Thai Cooking Experience with a local family. Collect fresh vegetables from an organic garden, enjoy a short tea break, then learn to prepare traditional dishes using local cooking methods.
12h00: Lunch at the homestay.
14h00: Farewell to your hosts and transfer to Hanoi/Ninh Binh.
17h30: Arrive in Hanoi/Ninh Binh. End of services.
