CSR travel Vietnam takes on a new meaning in Na Sang CBT village, where SEACO and Action on Poverty (AOP), in collaboration with Action on CBT, joined hands with local residents to build Na Pua Clenh — a vibrant community space that bridges tourism, education, and social impact.
This inspiring corporate volunteer trip shows how CSR travel in Vietnam can be more than financial contribution — it can be a shared journey of connection, empowerment, and lasting change.
In just two months of dedicated collaboration, the Na Pua Clenh community space now includes:
A vibrant children’s playground and small community library
An outdoor stage for performances and cultural events
A cozy coffee corner operated by local women
A volleyball court and colorful murals that reflect Muong identity
This effort was closely aligned with the Rainbow Playground initiative by Sân Chơi Cầu Vồng, with financial, technical, and logistical support from SEACO and AOP. You can read the full detailed project summary on Sân Chơi Cầu Vồng’s site: Mùa 6 – Nông Trại Nà Sàng.
“It’s been long since we have everyone here in such a memorable event,” shared Mrs. Toan, owner of Dan Toan Homestay. “The elders walked miles to join the dances. We villagers are so proud of these new facilities.”
The project was part of SEACO’s corporate volunteer trip in Vietnam, aligning business impact with real community benefits. Through Travel to Share – a program designed to connect corporate CSR initiatives with community-based tourism projects – the company not only supported infrastructure development but also strengthened cultural exchange and social bonding.
Mr. Dat, a local teacher, smiled:
“Now it’s more fun for our kids to go to school every day. The new playground brings joy and learning together.”
This isn’t a one-off donation project. Through corporate volunteer trips in Vietnam, SEACO helped design a sustainable asset for the community that supports education, tourism, and cultural exchange.
Officials also see tourism potential in the new space. Ms. Nguyen Thi Lu, Head of the District Department of Culture and Information, stated that Na Pua Clenh might become part of the tourism product: a venue for student groups, community events, and cultural performances.
The project aligns with AOP’s broader mission of building “a better place to live and to visit” — in the spirit of community-based tourism and shared growth. Learn more about AOP’s work in Vietnam here → Action on Poverty – Vietnam.

Meaningful infrastructure, not just aesthetics – The community gains functional, multi-purpose space.
Local ownership & design – The community guided the plans; external support enabled execution.
Integration into tourism – The space can draw repeat visitors, school groups, cultural events.
Narrative & branding – The story of Na Pua Clenh strengthens the SEACO & AOP brands in CSR travel.
The Na Pua Clenh project stands as a vivid example of corporate volunteer trip Vietnam in action — where giving is not just charity, but a journey with footprints, stories, and sustainable benefits.
For companies looking for meaningful CSR or corporate volunteer travel opportunities in Vietnam, this project is an inspiring example of what Travel to Share can achieve.
