Action on Poverty has undertaken seven long-term, community-based tourism projects in Vietnam since 2014, using funds donated by sponsors from around the world. We’ve empowered more than 960 women and ethnic minority people in impoverished areas to develop new income opportunities through tourism, raising themselves and their families out of extreme poverty and into financial stability.
